With the rise of online job applications, more and more businesses are using websites such as Indeed to advertise job openings.  These websites allow users to post reviews of their employers – mainly to assist those looking for a new job. These reviews are meant to talk about the pros and cons of working for your company, however, what do you do when an employee leaves a scathing review of your business?

You might be tempted to immediately dismiss this employee – after all, they have slighted the business with their review!  On the other hand, it is important not to rush to any decision.

Check the review to make sure there are no allegations of bullying or harassment.  If this is the case, it is vital that you investigate this further.
